Resolution No. 26,083 Adopting and Authorizing the Submission of the City’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and use of funds for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Grant (Home) Programs.

Resolution No. 26,084 Authorizing issuance of a Purchase Order to Camino Real Chevrolet for purchase and installation of Ancillary Vehicle Equipment for newly purchased 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Vehicles (5) in the amount of ($66,509.41)

Resolution No. 26,085 Authorizing an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Dudek to perform continued corrective action services at Fire Station 1 in accordance with directives of the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding Remediation at Compton Fire Station No. 1 ($450,000.00 FY 23-24 AND $450,000 FY 24-25).

Resolution No. 26,086 Amending the Municipal Water Departments ARPA Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget, Authorizing, acceptance of the proposal submitted by Enterprise Automation, enter into a Three-Year Service Agreement and issue a purchase for the upgrade to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System in an amount not to exceed ($1,104,105).
